Car Dumper is a new type of C- type single Rotary Car dumper. It adapt to dumping all kinds of standard railway open wagons including C70 type.
The main features are as follows: End ring has the boxstructure, whole rotor has the high strength structure, the single ended driver is allowed. Using the pinion and big ringgeardrive, smooth motion without impact. The match between hydraulic clamping, hydraulic side pad and wagon accords with requirements of railway rules. The clamping device is mounted on the side beam, clamping cylinder is pressed in operation. The clamping devicewith independent locking has high reliability.
